Customer service was calm and patient, gave straight tips — really glad it worked out, felt looked after.

Bottom line — she saved us a ton of stress. I booked our family trip in March and on the first call I thought, okay, she’s on it. Patient, detail-oriented, gave useful tips and fixed my double-booking mess, and saved us time too. Mostly relaxed and a bit grateful.
