AliExpress has been such a terrible experience for me as an online shopper. The customer service is basically non-existent, using annoying chatbots as the only way to communicate. Sellers don't follow their own return policies, so it's really hard to get a refund or exchange. And even when you do seek help, it feels like customer service always supports the seller. I got a broken item recently and lost money. It's just a total rip-off! I'm going to start shopping somewhere else from now on.

Man, I've had it with those scammers. I used to have faith in them, but now they never come through with my Bosch replacement batteries. It's a total rip-off, dude! And on top of that, they won't even give me my money back. Forget about it, I'm done buying from China.

It took a few days for the money to actually go back into my bank account, but it's all good.<br>Oh, and make sure you use PayPal when you buy stuff because the sellers are like, small Chinese businesses and they might not be super secure with your Credit Card info. PayPal will, like, keep you safe, you know?<br>Overall, I just love ordering from AliExpress - my stuff always arrives in, like, 2 weeks with no extra shipping fee. It's the best!!

I ordered 3 bicycle seats for approximately $100, but have not received any products. Seller responded that he didn't receive his/her products and cannot ship, sorry. S/he simply closed my case on AliExpress.
DO NOT trust AliExpress or AliBaba with any purchases, you have a 65% chance you will never receive your products and you will lose your money!
