Phone case purchase
I bought a phone case from this site and it's just as good as the pricey ones on the big A site but way cheaper. Sometimes the deliveries were quicker than others, but the money saved is definitely worth the wait.
Replacement electronics
Even though I've had some problems with fake hard drives, SSDs, M.2, and SD cards being sold on AliExpress, I still think it's a trustworthy supplier from China. Whenever there's been an issue, AliExpress has been quick to fix it and they usually cover the cost of returns.
Makita battery purchase
My experience with AliExpress for my Makita battery purchase wasn't great. The battery I got didn't hold a charge, and even after telling both the supplier and AliExpress, I never got a refund. The supplier just made up excuses and didn't solve the problem. It's too bad, but because of the lack of help and customer satisfaction from AliExpress, I can't say I'd recommend them for online shopping. I'd suggest people think about buying locally for better service and support.
Received defective product
AliExpress has been such a terrible experience for me as an online shopper. The customer service is basically non-existent, using annoying chatbots as the only way to communicate. Sellers don't follow their own return policies, so it's really hard to get a refund or exchange. And even when you do seek help, it feels like customer service always supports the seller. I got a broken item recently and lost money. It's just a total rip-off! I'm going to start shopping somewhere else from now on.
Bosch replacement batteries
Man, I've had it with those scammers. I used to have faith in them, but now they never come through with my Bosch replacement batteries. It's a total rip-off, dude! And on top of that, they won't even give me my money back. Forget about it, I'm done buying from China.
Electronics accessories
I just bought some electronics accessories and honestly, the shipping was super fast and the packaging was top-notch. I got my stuff way sooner than I thought and they were well-protected in the packaging. I'm definitely going to keep shopping on this site. Also, the recommendations feature helped me discover some awesome products I wouldn't have found on my own.
Awesome stuff
I totally love AliExpress, but man, there are way too many scammers on there! I've found some awesome stuff, but it's always a gamble with these sneaky scammers. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's about as helpful as talking to a brick wall. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth, so frustrating!
Bad, REALLY bad!
I ordered 3 bicycle seats for approximately $100, but have not received any products. Seller responded that he didn't receive his/her products and cannot ship, sorry. S/he simply closed my case on AliExpress.
DO NOT trust AliExpress or AliBaba with any purchases, you have a 65% chance you will never receive your products and you will lose your money!you are right. Aliexpress is like a scam. I did not get my orders too. not a single order.
i ordered more than one order worth almost 50 to 60 dollars.
