Received defective product
AliExpress has been such a terrible experience for me as an online shopper. The customer service is basically non-existent, using annoying chatbots as the only way to communicate. Sellers don't follow their own return policies, so it's really hard to get a refund or exchange. And even when you do seek help, it feels like customer service always supports the seller. I got a broken item recently and lost money. It's just a total rip-off! I'm going to start shopping somewhere else from now on.
Bosch replacement batteries
Man, I've had it with those scammers. I used to have faith in them, but now they never come through with my Bosch replacement batteries. It's a total rip-off, dude! And on top of that, they won't even give me my money back. Forget about it, I'm done buying from China.
Small electronic components
OMG, like, AliExpress is, like, sooooo awesome!! I ordered these small electronic parts and they got here super fast! But, like, there was this one time when my order was wrong, but AliExpress was, like, really great and gave me my money back right away! It took a few days for the money to actually go back into my bank account, but it's all good.<br>Oh, and make sure you use PayPal when you buy stuff because the sellers are like, small Chinese businesses and they might not be super secure with your Credit Card info. PayPal will, like, keep you safe, you know?<br>Overall, I just love ordering from AliExpress - my stuff always arrives in, like, 2 weeks with no extra shipping fee. It's the best!!

I just bought some electronics accessories and honestly, the shipping was super fast and the packaging was top-notch. I got my stuff way sooner than I thought and they were well-protected in the packaging. I'm definitely going to keep shopping on this site. Also, the recommendations feature helped me discover some awesome products I wouldn't have found on my own.

Hey there, I've been using AliExpress for a while now and I've bought a bunch of stuff that I've been happy with. They've got such a huge range of products to choose from, it's easy for me to find what I need. Had a little issue with one purchase, but the customer service team sorted it out super quick. It really showed me that they care about keeping customers happy. I really appreciate how they handled it and it just made me even more loyal to AliExpress. It's my go-to for online shopping, especially since I often have trouble getting deliveries from other popular platforms in my area.
Awesome stuff
I totally love AliExpress, but man, there are way too many scammers on there! I've found some awesome stuff, but it's always a gamble with these sneaky scammers. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it's about as helpful as talking to a brick wall. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth, so frustrating!

I ordered 3 bicycle seats for approximately $100, but have not received any products. Seller responded that he didn't receive his/her products and cannot ship, sorry. S/he simply closed my case on AliExpress.
DO NOT trust AliExpress or AliBaba with any purchases, you have a 65% chance you will never receive your products and you will lose your money!you are right. Aliexpress is like a scam. I did not get my orders too. not a single order.
