Missing delivery, odd reply

Placed order two weeks ago, no delivery. Contacted customer service — initially kept saying no record, then offered tracking link. Odd, but somewhat helpful.

Ordered despite my nagging doubts about shipping; I figured it'd work out. Months later Evri lost the parcel, no refund from AliExpress, support barely replying, wish they'd sort it.

Tracking looked promising, then lost

Ordered last month and I was skeptical about their buyer protection. The site looked decent so I gave it a shot. First few days the tracking was oddly detailed and that eased me. Then it stopped. Courier marked parcel lost and customer service kept saying "in transit" and refused a refund. Still unresolved. Be careful.

Half the order showed up, the rest vanished — and the response was flat

I ordered four things from one seller in a single order. Tracking showed one parcel, it arrived, I opened it and found only two of the four items. The two that did arrive were fine — actually better than I expected, which was a mild surprise — but the other two were simply missing. No note, no separate tracking, nothing.

So I ordered this dance costume party outfit from AliExpress, eh? But you know what, it never showed up. The website says it was delivered, eh, but I never got it. When I reached out to AliExpress for help, they were no help at all and just kept asking for proof that I didn't get it. But how am I supposed to prove that when there's no way to track local delivery, right? I even tried to contact the seller, but their page was offline. It was really frustrating, so I'd recommend avoiding that seller, eh.

I'm really not happy with the delivery service that delivered my last order. They don't communicate well, the tracking system isn't helpful at all, and finding a pickup location is really difficult. It's honestly the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. I suggest doing some research before using them, Trustpilot reviews are usually accurate. AliExpress, please reconsider using a more reliable delivery service like PostNL before you lose more customers like me who have had a bad shopping experience.
