Lack of customer service response
Lack of customer service response
CommunicationI recently tried to get in touch with customer service in a bunch of different ways, such as online, on the phone, and even through WhatsApp, but I didn't hear back at all. This lack of communication has really gotten on my nerves and let me down as a customer. Good customer service is super important for any business, and the fact that I didn't get any help or even a response to my questions just isn't right. Companies need to be quick to respond and pay attention to what their customers need, but in this situation, I felt like I was being ignored and not appreciated.
Flight delays, lack of communication, compensation refund issues
Flight delays, lack of communication, compensation refund issues
CommunicationMy recent experiences with this airline have been terrible. Twice my flights were delayed big time, totally messing up my plans. And they didn't bother to tell me anything, so I was just stuck there not knowing what the heck was going on. And to top it all off, I still haven't gotten any money back for all the trouble. It's just not right.
About Aer Lingus
Aer Lingus is the national airline of Ireland, known for providing air transport services for passengers and cargo. It was founded on April 15, 1936, making it one of the oldest airlines in the world. The company started with flights from Dublin to Bristol, England. Over the years, Aer Lingus has grown to become the second-largest airline in Ireland, after Ryanair. It operates a fleet that includes both Airbus short-haul and long-haul aircraft, servicing routes across Europe, North America, and other international destinations. The airline is known for its distinctive green livery and Irish shamrock logo. In 2015, Aer Lingus became a part of International Airlines Group (IAG), joining other major carriers such as British Airways, Iberia, and Vueling.
