Mistakenly booked flights
Mistakenly booked flights
BookingI booked my flights by mistake and had to call to fix it. At first, they told me to book again and said I'd get a refund later. But when I called back, they said they couldn't give me a refund anymore. And to top it off, the person on the phone laughed at me.
Flight booking experience
Flight booking experience
BookingMy recent experience with customer service at the airline was so disappointing, eh. The staff member I dealt with was super abrasive, rude, and even tried to physically push me, eh. Like, totally not cool, especially in front of my young son, ya know. I was so shocked by how unprofessional and rude they were at the Dublin airport kiosk, ya know. I'm gonna have to make a report to the Better Business Bureau to deal with this issue, eh.
Flights to Dublin
Flights to Dublin
BookingOh man, I made a huge mistake and booked the flights to Dublin from London for the wrong weekend. But when I called customer service, they were really nice and waived the change fee for me. It would have cost me a lot more money to change the flights, so I was so relieved! 👏

Aer Lingus is the national airline of Ireland, known for providing air transport services for passengers and cargo. It was founded on April 15, 1936, making it one of the oldest airlines in the world. The company started with flights from Dublin to Bristol, England. Over the years, Aer Lingus has grown to become the second-largest airline in Ireland, after Ryanair. It operates a fleet that includes both Airbus short-haul and long-haul aircraft, servicing routes across Europe, North America, and other international destinations. The airline is known for its distinctive green livery and Irish shamrock logo. In 2015, Aer Lingus became a part of International Airlines Group (IAG), joining other major carriers such as British Airways, Iberia, and Vueling.
