Fiber installation delays
InstallationMy experience with getting fiber installed by this company was really disappointing. I was supposed to get it installed on April 1st, but now it's April 29th and after four technicians came over, it's still not done. This kind of delay and mess is just not okay, it honestly feels like a big joke. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Even though they might have cheaper prices than other companies, my experience with their customer service and technicians shows they don't really know what they're doing.
