ContractOh man, what a mess! I thought the business internet plan was a good idea but boy was I wrong. When I wanted to cancel, they said my contract started right when I signed up, no 30-day grace period like other places. The person who sold me the plan didn't even know what they were talking about. When I asked about canceling, they just told me to call customer service. Telus is a total disaster, I really hope they shut down. Dealing with them is just so stressful and gives me major anxiety.
