My recent website purchase
I remember back in the day when this website was awesome. But now, it's just frustrating. Every time I try to change the colors, all I get is a "Try Again" message. What's the deal with that? Like, why make it so difficult? And don't even get me started on trying to edit my page content - it's a total nightmare.<br><br>I've been using this website for years, but to be honest, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else. Do yourself a favor and steer clear, take my word for it.
Website update to 7.1 version
The new 7.1 version of the website has been giving me a lot of trouble ever since I updated it. I'm not very tech-savvy, but I can tell that these issues are really hurting my site's SEO. It looks like the new fluid engine wasn't tested enough before they made it available to everyone. The thing that really bothers me is that the customer service team hasn't been very helpful and just gives me the same old corporate spiel whenever I ask for help.
Website subscription renewal
I'm really upset about how I keep getting charged for my account even though I cancelled my subscription six months ago. I thought stopping the auto-renewal would do the trick, but I'm still getting billed. It feels like the company is trying to pull a fast one on me. This whole situation has made me frustrated and not very trusting of their business practices.
On top of that, the process of adding items to my online store was a huge pain. It took way too long and had a bunch of unnecessary steps. The customer service wasn't great either - they didn't really help with my concerns. I recently decided to switch my website hosting to a new company after doing some research. I was really looking forward to the change, but I've been really let down by the customer service. The reps just don't seem to know what they're doing and can't help with any of my problems. On top of that, the pricing is way too high for the subpar service I'm getting.
Web hosting and website building
The customer service at this company is just terrible, eh? I've been trying to contact them for four weeks now, sending multiple emails and all I get back are these preset, unhelpful responses. The chat support isn't any better, with limited access and reps that aren't much help. Their instructions are so confusing and don't even work, making things even more frustrating for us customers. And to top it off, their Google Workspace integration is messed up and breaks easily, leaving us without a way to get our data back, eh?
DNS Server issue
Eh, ever since Google handed over the reins to this "company", I can't even switch my DNS Servers anymore. I reached out to customer service over a month ago and haven't heard a peep back. And get this - their system says I don't even own the domain I'm paying for! Total mismanagement, a portal that's useless, and the customer service is basically non-existent.
Domain transfer delay
I recently tried to switch my domain to a new provider, and they said it would be done in 2 days. Then they told me it would take 7 days, but later said it would be 2 weeks. This delay was so bad because I'm about to launch my business. Their communication was all over the place and it was really frustrating. The customer service was not great and I was left feeling unhappy with everything. After all this, I won't be going back as a customer.
