Finally got it sorted
Finally got it sorted
ServiceI needed a replacement key on moving day, got no key, refund delayed and customer service unresponsive. After nagging they reversed charge, so relieved.

ServiceI needed this for a last-minute move — my back was killing me, timing was everything. I sent a couple emails, got bounced around and mostly silence, which annoyed me, but then one rep called, sorted it out and showed up on time, so I was relieved.
Quick start, nice surprise
Quick start, nice surprise
ServiceOrdered late September and started using it the next day — first impression was huh, that’s easy. Delivery was actually fast and customer service helped me set it up over chat, friendly and patient. Didn’t expect that, pleasantly surprised, really overall very pleased.

ServiceI was about to dump it after months of intermittent expiry and no helpful replies, but the real relief hit when I set up Surfshark and everything — email, banking, streaming — just worked again. Daily routine back to normal. Still annoyed by the earlier silence, but at least I sleep easier now.

ServiceI was halfway through cursing the portal when the rep finally typed the refund confirmation — that’s when I relaxed. The site had rejected my invoice at first and after bad run-ins with other companies I was braced for a long fight. Support actually checked the account, processed the refund and walked me through the weird renewal pricing. It took a couple calls and some back-and-forth, but the end result was fair and I’m honestly relieved. Would recommend if you can reach someone — just be patient, it’s doable.
Surprise charge, support fixed it
Surprise charge, support fixed it
ServiceI was mid-move with three boxes open when I noticed a $50 charge on my card — I thought I only signed up for an annual plan. I needed protection right away because I do contract work from home and had a nasty malware scare last year, so the subscription actually mattered. I was pretty annoyed, called customer support, and to my surprise the person listened, checked my account, and arranged a refund while I was still on the line. That turned a bad moment into a good one. I'm glad they could fix it, but they really should make renewal options clearer. For now, relieved and sticking around — honestly it's a relief.
Left over a support hiccup
Left over a support hiccup
ServiceBottom line — I ended up uninstalling it. I first tried it years ago after a coworker showed me their setup and I even told my brother to try it. For a long time it did the job, no drama. Then I hit a weird glitch and called support; instead of a quick restart they wanted to charge me a hefty fee to "fix" things. I only needed them to restart the app so my PC would be protected, but they pushed a paid service — I mean, come on. That rubbed me the wrong way, so I switched even with months left. Works okay otherwise, just watch the support.
Locked-up laptop, circular support and too many hoops
Locked-up laptop, circular support and too many hoops
Servicescreenshots on my desktop, a subscription that keeps renewing, and a support system that keeps pointing me at processes rather than solving anything. That’s the detail I want to press on — the “you must use our method, not a normal email attachment” thing. It’s small on paper but it screwed this whole thing up.
web security software

ServiceYeah, so I got this web security software and it was working great for a while. But then my computer started acting up, so I decided to call their customer service. The person on the line told me I had to pay a huge amount to get it fixed, but all I really needed was for them to restart the software. I had already paid for a three-year subscription, so it didn't make sense to pay even more. It feels like they're just after your money, even for basic stuff. I used to be satisfied with their service, but now I'm pretty upset. I ended up uninstalling their software and switching to a different one, even though I still had plenty of days left on my subscription.

ServiceI just got this cybersecurity software and I'm really happy with it. I switched to this program a couple of years back and only needed to reach out to customer service once. It happened when I got hit with ransomware on my device. The tech support team quickly picked up the phone and checked that the software stopped the attack. I feel safe and confident with the cybersecurity this software offers.

ServiceI really like using this software to make sure my computer stays protected from all the bad stuff out there. I feel like everyone should give it a try! The only issue I have is that sometimes it takes forever to get a response from the tech support team when I need help. But overall, the customer service is pretty good.

Cybersecurity software purchase
ServiceAs a customer at this cybersecurity software company, I gotta be honest, my experience has been pretty awful. Right from when I made the purchase, I ran into a ton of problems. My emails went unanswered, no one picked up when I called, and they never got back to me when I left voicemails. The support tickets I sent in sat there for days before being closed with a fake claim that the issue was fixed. And when I bought the wrong product by accident online, they refused to help, saying it was a third-party transaction. It felt like they just didn't care about fixing things or giving good customer service, even though they said they did. I ended up feeling really frustrated and ignored by this company.
Renewal of subscription
Renewal of subscription
ServiceI just renewed my subscription and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch! Right after I renewed, a tech guy hopped on to my computer to check if my antivirus was all good with my system, update my drivers, and make sure everything was running smoothly. This tech guy, Michael, was super patient and took his time to explain each step to me. Being retired and living off of Social Security at 81, I really appreciated Michael's help. He not only made my computer run better, but he also taught me a lot about how it works. Thanks to him, I feel way more confident using my computer now.
