the setup was pretty straightforward, the app didn’t mess with my system and support actually helped with a couple odd prompts. Still a bit cautious, but honestly happy it worked and saved me time. Glad I gave it a shot.

I recently used the online tool from the company to report a false positive for checking. But, I found that it wasn't really helpful since it just kept saying the file is bad without actually doing anything about it. It's worrying how they're not being responsive, especially since false positives can really hurt a developer's reputation, eh.

So, I bought this digital download software for $35.00, but man, trying to navigate the site and actually download it was rough. It took me over an hour to figure it out all on my own since there was absolutely nobody there to help me out. The software does have some pretty fast scanning features which I liked, but I ran into some problems when I tried to transfer it to my new PC after my old one went kaput.

I did a bit of digging online and found out that the company is actually a part of a well-known electronics retailer. I also read some reviews that said removing the software from your computer is a pain because it keeps reinstalling itself. My advice would be to check out the Better Business Bureau for any complaints about this product before you commit to buying it.

So, I tried renewing my subscription online, but it was such a headache! I clicked on the 'Renew' button thinking it would be a breeze, but instead, I ended up on this blank form that made me feel like a new customer all over again. It was super frustrating not seeing any of my info there. I had to call them to figure out what was going on, and even then, it was a struggle to get the answers I needed. After repeating myself a bunch of times, a salesperson finally helped me out and assured me that I was all good to go. It would have been so much better if the online form was clearer and more helpful. And don't even get me started on the confusing last email they sent me - it just added to the whole mess!

I had a problem logging into my account to add service to another laptop. When I tried to reset my password, the system said it didn't know my username. It was so frustrating! But then I remembered I kept the receipt from when I bought a 3-pack of services and decided to contact sales for help. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and helpful they were. I wasn't expecting such speedy help in this day and age, but Webroot exceeded my expectations! Thanks for the awesome service!

I've been a customer for a whole year now, eh, and my desktop app's been workin' just fine. But, I've been havin' trouble signin' into the website lately. Even after renewing my subscription, I still can't get on the site at all. I've tried troubleshootin', changin' passwords, and reachin' out to customer service, but I ain't heard nothin' back. It's been super frustratin' with no communication and no fix for the problem.
