TimingI wanna tell ya about this awful thing that happened to me recently with this company. The movers showed up 8 hours late for the pickup, then had the nerve to charge me for their lateness. And when they got to the delivery spot, they said my stuff was there when it wasn't, and then overcharged me for storage days. It was such a letdown and so frustrating, eh.
About UPack
U-Pack is a moving company that offers an affordable, convenient way for individuals to move their belongings across the United States and Canada. Established in 1997, U-Pack operates by delivering a container or trailer to the customer's home, which the customer then has up to three days to pack with their belongings. Once packed, U-Pack arranges for the container or trailer to be transported to the destination address. The customer is responsible for unloading their belongings upon arrival.
