UPack - Reviews and experiences

I used this moving company recently and I was very unhappy with the service I got. They say they're professionals who provide insurance for your stuff, but when something goes wrong, they don't take responsibility for what their drivers do. My driver supposedly went off the road, causing a lot of damage to all my personal belongings in a 26-foot truck. Most of my fragile things were ruined, and when I tried to make a claim, U-Pack wouldn't say they were at fault because the driver didn't report the accident. I really recommend not using this company for anything important to you.

I was pretty let down by the delivery I got because some of my stuff was all smashed up. I did what I had to do to file a claim with the company, but they turned me down. They said their investigator didn't find any accidents involving the driver or the truck, so they put the blame on me for the busted items. I was so mad about the lack of responsibility and how they didn't care about making things right. It stung even more to think about the $1400 worth of damaged goods. I've been a good customer, using their services lots and spending a bunch of money there, but their response to this mess just made me feel unimportant and bummed out.
