I just used this moving service for the second time and I gotta say, I was super impressed once again. The customer service team was friendly and professional, and the drivers were really polite. Even though there were some delays in loading my stuff because of a few unexpected things, they didn't charge me any extra fees. They even gave me a little discount because I'm a senior or a veteran. It was nice to be treated like a person and not just a customer.

I am so frustrated with the customer service I received. They didn't seem to care about my concerns at all. My stuff got messed up during the move and they didn't even offer an apology or compensation. The person on the phone was rude and not helpful. I recommend going with a different company to avoid the same headache.
