I recently moved across the country and decided to hire a moving company for the first time. Unfortunately, my experience with the company I chose wasn't great. The whole process of scheduling the trailer delivery, pickup, and unpacking was confusing and complicated. It was hard to keep track of all the steps and phone numbers, which just added more stress to an already tough time. When I started unpacking, I realized some of my things were broken, which was really frustrating and disappointing.

On top of that, the company's referral for unloading help turned out to be a disaster. The 'Moving Staffers' they recommended actually made things worse, so I had to scramble last-minute to find another moving company to fix everything. All in all, my experience with the moving company was really bad and just made my cross-country move even harder.

When I bought packing supplies from this company, it would've been nice to get a phone call laying out all the stuff I needed, like a medium-sized padlock for the door. Even though they might have mentioned it in the emails they sent, a quick call with the important details would've been handy for folks caught up in the hustle of moving. I found the tutorial on their website for packing art and mirrors super helpful, by the way.

I just finished a big move with the help of a moving company, and it went really well. They kept me in the loop the whole time, from booking to delivery. They left the trailer at my place for a few days so I could pack at my own pace. When they delivered my stuff, it was early and done quickly. And turns out I needed less space than I thought, so the cost was lower than expected. I was super happy with the service and would totally recommend them to anyone else looking to move.
