I'd rather go back to the old version with the bug we know about, but there's no way to do that. Even though there's been a bit of improvement in the Vapour-pressure Deficit data, it's still not good enough. Unless this company steps up their customer service game and fixes the software problems, I recommend staying away from their products."

I recently bought a curtain motor, mini hub, solar panel, and switch button from this company, eh. Let me tell ya, it was a total disaster. The stuff was garbage right from the get-go. I tried to give 'em a go, but they were full of bugs, not reliable at all, and just plain frustrating to deal with. And to make matters worse, the company somehow convinced Amazon to remove my negative review and block me from posting anything else critical about their products. Pretty shady if you ask me, eh. The app was all over the place and the devices were just not working properly. The marketing was also deceiving cuz they didn't mention the limited functions with Alexa and the steep costs. All in all, a complete waste of money and time, eh. I'd steer clear of this company, for sure.

Oh man, this device totally wrecked my curtain rail! The rail stoppers got knocked off and it even managed to slip past the support hooks. When I called customer service, they just kept feeding me lies and acted like there wasn't anything wrong with the device. Such a pain, not worth it at all.
