Return Policy Dispute
I had a not so great experience with your company when I tried to return something within the 30-day money-back guarantee. Even though I followed all the rules, customer service ignored my emails and tried to get me to keep the item. It was unprofessional and they didn't stick to their own policy, which left me feeling not so good about the whole thing. I expect companies to keep their word and give good service, but that didn't happen here.
Amazon Purchase
If you buy from this company, just a heads up that they have a pretty strict return and refund policy if you get a product that's not working. They'll ask for a video of the broken item before they give you an RMA, making things harder for you. It might be easier to skip ordering from them and go with a friendlier place like Amazon. Thanks, eh!
Starter Kit
I bought a Starter Kit from this company recently and it was a huge letdown. The switchbot couldn't even switch a light switch, which was the main reason I got it. When I tried to return the product because they advertise a 30-day money-back guarantee on their website, their customer support was awful. They wouldn't give me a refund because I had opened one product in the bundle, even though the rest were unopened. I had to get PayPal involved and they wanted me to ship everything back to China, costing me an extra 30€ in shipping. Overall, it was a terrible experience and definitely not worth the money!
SwitchBot curtain machine
This company is terrible! They don't give a darn about their customers and won't accept a return if you've cracked open the box. They don't even bother giving you heads-up on which curtains will go with their machines. It's like they're only after your money and then poof! out of mind. No way I'll be making another purchase from them!

"The 'icon' doesn't work anymore. It's really annoying to deal with a company that doesn't do what they say and gives lousy customer service. I'd rather go back to the old version with the bug we know about, but there's no way to do that. Even though there's been a bit of improvement in the Vapour-pressure Deficit data, it's still not good enough. Unless this company steps up their customer service game and fixes the software problems, I recommend staying away from their products."

I recently bought a curtain motor, mini hub, solar panel, and switch button from this company, eh. Let me tell ya, it was a total disaster. The stuff was garbage right from the get-go. I tried to give 'em a go, but they were full of bugs, not reliable at all, and just plain frustrating to deal with. And to make matters worse, the company somehow convinced Amazon to remove my negative review and block me from posting anything else critical about their products. Pretty shady if you ask me, eh. The app was all over the place and the devices were just not working properly. The marketing was also deceiving cuz they didn't mention the limited functions with Alexa and the steep costs. All in all, a complete waste of money and time, eh. I'd steer clear of this company, for sure.
Wirelessly controlled curtain device
Oh man, this device totally wrecked my curtain rail! The rail stoppers got knocked off and it even managed to slip past the support hooks. When I called customer service, they just kept feeding me lies and acted like there wasn't anything wrong with the device. Such a pain, not worth it at all.
Automated curtain closer
I bought this automatic curtain closer thing and it's not great. Even after trying to adjust it a bunch of times, it doesn't fully close my curtains and struggles with heavy ones. I couldn't even get my money back because I tried to fix it. I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.
Unfair Return Policy
Can you believe their return policy? I bought something, didn't even open it, and wanted to return it. But get this - they're gonna take $9.99 off for some "shipping fee" even though they didn't give me a return label. Feels like a total scam, eh?
Defective product, unsatisfactory support
I bought this curtain gizmo thingy, and when it came, I found out it was missing some wheels and the battery was dead. The peeps on the support team were totally useless and made the whole process of getting those missing parts a huge pain. They kept asking for pics of my curtain rods before they would even consider sending the replacements.
