They said they would refund me but the customer service has not been helpful or honest. I would warn others about giving their bank info to this company.

Oh man, this device totally wrecked my curtain rail! The rail stoppers got knocked off and it even managed to slip past the support hooks. When I called customer service, they just kept feeding me lies and acted like there wasn't anything wrong with the device. Such a pain, not worth it at all.
