ShipStation - Reviews and experiences

As a customer at ShipStation, I was really disappointed with their service. I noticed that ShipStation keeps a big discount from its UPS account for themselves and doesn't pass on any savings to us, the customers. When we set up our own UPS account with Stamps.com, we saw a 30% decrease in shipping costs compared to ShipStation's default UPS account, which was frustrating. Even though we made our own UPS account the default, ShipStation's preset rules stopped us from using it until we deleted them. This lack of transparency and not sharing discounts with customers is a real downside for me. That's why I've decided to stop using ShipStation and check out other options like Shippo for my shipping needs.

This company won't leave me alone with the constant calls. I already asked them to stop but they just won't listen. It's starting to feel really creepy, like they're stalking me or something. I hate it so much that I'll never consider using their service.
