Contact paths are buried behind menus, you push through screens before you get to a person, and frontline reps often can’t resolve the issue. Items get "escalated" and then you hear nothing — no timelines, no real follow‑up. For example, we’re being billed UPS insurance even though we have a third‑party insurer on file; a week has passed since the complaint and silence. Recent replies are vague and don’t set expectations. I’m pragmatic about growing pains, but this is pushing me to look at other options.

I had a terrible experience with customer support, eh. I opened a ticket back in September and didn't hear back until almost three months later. It's brutal to have such bad customer service and make customers wait that long, ya know. Finally, after I reached out again, they fixed the problem, thank goodness.
