I’m actually happy I gave them a chance. I first noticed them on a small business forum and a coworker tipped me to try their tools, so I did — and it turned out better than I expected. There was a weird hiccup with my account at the start, which was annoying, but after a couple of messages someone finally took it seriously and sorted it out. It wasn’t instant, but the person who handled it was patient and kept checking in, which I appreciated. Feels good to have it integrated the way I need now. Really glad I stuck with it — would recommend to others who want something that just works, eventually.

When it actually worked

competent, responsive, nothing flashy but it did the job. Over the last year that picture has blurred. Contact paths are buried behind menus, you push through screens before you get to a person, and frontline reps often can’t resolve the issue. Items get "escalated" and then you hear nothing — no timelines, no real follow‑up. For example, we’re being billed UPS insurance even though we have a third‑party insurer on file; a week has passed since the complaint and silence. Recent replies are vague and don’t set expectations. I’m pragmatic about growing pains, but this is pushing me to look at other options.

Issue with customer support

I had a terrible experience with customer support, eh. I opened a ticket back in September and didn't hear back until almost three months later. It's brutal to have such bad customer service and make customers wait that long, ya know. Finally, after I reached out again, they fixed the problem, thank goodness.
