    Payment declined, but resolved by customer service

    I ran into a little snag when I was trying to buy the software because my payment got declined. But, this guy Allan Ekman from customer service totally saved the day. He jumped on a chat with me right away and helped me figure out what was going on so that I could buy the 12-month subscription without any issues. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated Allan was in fixing my problem. It's nice to see a company that really cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to give great service.

    Faulty software, misleading ads

    Don't bother with that service, it's a waste of time and money. The software never works properly as they say, and eventually, it just stops altogether. Those annoying pop-up ads asking for more money keep coming, even though the software isn't doing its job. I tried for hours to fix it with their help team, but it was useless. Thank goodness I found Astrocoder.1, they helped me get all the info I needed from my partner's device. A quick message on social media was all it took to get everything sorted out.

    Purchase experience described as frustrating and deceptive

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I didn't choose any extra things when I bought from them, but they still charged me right away. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't give me my money back, which I thought was pretty sneaky. Plus, the instructions they gave me to set up the service didn't work at all, even though I tried a bunch of times. The tech support team wasn't even available until next month, and the times they had open were super limited, which made it hard for me to move forward. In general, their customer service was not great and the lack of transparency and help from the company left me feeling frustrated and let down.

    Monitoring software

    I was really disappointed with the monitoring software I bought from this company. I thought it would let me check out what my partner was up to on their phone without them knowing, but turns out the app was right there on their device for them to see. Plus, I wasn't too sure about the info it was giving me. So, I did some digging and discovered that realchecker is a way better choice for tracking real locations, calls, social media convos, and other stuff on a phone. I hit them up on Instagram and found their service to be safe, user-friendly, and trouble-free. I tried to get a refund from that other company, but they shot me down, saying it wasn't in line with their policy.
