Software issue resolution
I just had a software problem and contacted customer service for some help. Rodney Haynes helped me through chat and fixed the issue really quickly with just a little explanation. His customer service skills were really top-notch and I was very grateful. I still need to check if the software is working right, but I'm really impressed with the service I received.
