This company keeps bombarding me with junk emails and regular crap by mail after I placed one order. Their customer service is absolutely useless and they only seem to feature positive reviews on their website. I would definitely recommend staying away from them!

Wrong product received
My first time dealing with your company was a letdown. I asked for one thing, but got something totally different. It's not just inconvenient, it also makes me think you don't pay attention to the details or quality control. The online chat didn't help much either - just a robot that didn't get what I was saying. And my email asking for help hasn't gotten a response, which is really disappointing. I don't want to pay to send back the wrong thing and wait for the right one.
