Blondo Samira boots purchase
I just bought a pair of Blondo Samira boots from this store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with everything. The delivery was quick, the boots were exactly what I expected and really good quality. The customer service was awesome, they knew their stuff and were super helpful. Plus, I got a discount for buying online which was a nice bonus. I've shopped at this store in person before and had a good experience, so I thought I'd try their online shop - and I'm so happy I did! The boots showed up nicely packaged and in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of stylish and comfy shoes.
Chelsea boots, Sandals
I miss being able to return things to the store, but to be honest, I've never had to because the products are just so good! My favourite Chelsea boots from this brand lasted me for years, staying waterproof and strong even with everyday use. When it was finally time to say goodbye, I got a new pair in a different style and I'm loving them just as much. The sandals I bought were also better than I expected - they look and feel fantastic. All in all, I'm a really happy customer and I'll definitely keep coming back here for all my shoe needs!
Shoe purchase canceled due to lack of inventory
I bought something from this store not long ago, but it ended up being a big letdown. I was really excited when I ordered a pair of shoes and waited a whole week for them to arrive. But then I got a message saying my order was canceled because they didn't have enough in stock. I was so disappointed and frustrated because I was really looking forward to getting those new shoes.
Damaged pair of boots
I just got myself a new pair of boots online and boy was I let down when they arrived all banged up. I tried contacting customer service to get an exchange, but they just weren't getting it and didn't offer much help. The person I talked to was no help at all and brushed me off, so now I'm stuck with these unusable boots. The whole thing was super annoying and kind of a bummer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
