Damaged pair of boots
Damaged pair of boots
ServiceI just got myself a new pair of boots online and boy was I let down when they arrived all banged up. I tried contacting customer service to get an exchange, but they just weren't getting it and didn't offer much help. The person I talked to was no help at all and brushed me off, so now I'm stuck with these unusable boots. The whole thing was super annoying and kind of a bummer. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there again.
