Sonos Roam SL purchase
The hardware on the Sonos Roam SL is top-notch, but the software definitely needs some work. Many of us customers feel the same way - the software just doesn't measure up to the hardware. Having to keep location services on for the app is a big hassle, especially for those of us who value our privacy. And even when we do turn on location services, the app still has trouble connecting to the Roam SL, making the whole experience pretty frustrating. It's a letdown that Sonos seems more focused on pushing their software on us instead of making sure it actually works well. All in all, the software is lacking in quality and user-friendliness, which really brings down the value of the product.

Six month machine foot holder issue
I bought a machine about six months ago and I had a problem where the foot holder got loose in the fourth month. So, I reached out to customer service to get it sorted, and they told me that the serial number sticker, which should have been on the machine, was missing. I explained that the sticker was never taken off and was never given with the machine, but they stuck to their guns and said without the sticker, they couldn't do anything to help me. They basically asked me to pay for a new foot holder instead, even though I had the receipt as proof of purchase. This whole situation really got me mad and disappointed in both the product and the customer service.

Second purchase for 'big girl bed'
I just bought a 'big girl bed' for my youngest daughter from this company, and I have to tell you, I am seriously blown away. This is the second time we've bought from them because we loved how comfy the bed was for our other daughter. The beds aren't just cozy, but they look great and are perfect for our kids who have allergies. I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase, thank you to that company!
