Silk shirts purchase
So, I just bought some silk shirts from this store, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how nice the fabric is. They look amazing, and they wash really well too, which is a big deal for me. I’ve worn them with jeans and even dress pants, and they always make me feel so fancy and stylish. I’m definitely gonna be coming back here to shop again.

My experience with your company has been quite disappointing. It all started when I placed my order and had some problems with customer service and communication. Your team wasn't very responsive or professional, which was really frustrating. I'm the kind of shopper who expects good service, and unfortunately, your company didn't meet my expectations. I wouldn't suggest your services to others because of how my experience went.

So I signed up for this survey thing, thinking I could get some easy cash, you know? But nope, turns out they wanted all my personal deets like my birth date and a copy of my ID before they'd hand over the reward. Like, seriously? Why do they need all that sketchy info? No way am I falling for that scam!

Soap purchase
The soap I got was actually really nice and smelled amazing, but man, the processing and shipping took forever. The customer service I got was mediocre at best - the rep I talked to didn't really seem to care about my issues. I get that it was a busy time with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, but the lack of shipping updates and unhelpful responses just made things more annoying.

Recent sneaker purchase
I recently bought a pair of shoes with rubber soles from this company. Unfortunately, after a while, the rubber sole started coming off of the leather near the toe. There is now a visible gap between the rubber and leather that doesn't look good at all. This has never happened with any other shoes I've gotten from them before. I got in touch with customer service and sent the shoes back for them to check out. After waiting for more than six weeks, I was told that there was nothing wrong with the shoes because the stitching was still fine, even though the rubber was coming off. I am really disappointed with this whole situation and it's making me question how well they are checking the quality of their products. It's a shame to see a company with such a good reputation deliver something that doesn't meet expectations.
