So I just ordered some sports gear online and ran into a bit of a problem with the delivery. The folks who dropped it off left it at the end of my driveway, kind of sticking out of the mailbox, which made it super tempting for any passersby to take. Even though I live out in the boonies where you can't see my driveway from any nearby houses, someone still managed to swipe my package. When I got in touch with the customer service peeps at the store, all they told me was to call the cops because the delivery was marked as done. This annoying situation didn't happen just once, but twice with the same delivery person.

The product is really well-made and the app is a fantastic bonus. I love how it gives you rewards for using the bottle every day by helping to collect more plastic bottles from the ocean.

I had to cancel my order during shipping because I found out the gift I bought couldn't be returned. I was concerned it wouldn't fit the person I was giving it to and didn't want to chance it. I contacted customer service and was really impressed by how helpful and understanding they were. They handled my request quickly and I got a refund after just one ask. I picked up the Tree Dasher 2, and they fit me so nicely since my feet are wide. These shoes are just so comfy, I really like the cushioned heel! Normally, my toes get sore from seams in other shoes, but these ones are seamless and just right. They have a minimalist look and feel like they'll last a long time, definitely recommend them.

I was so bummed after my last trip to the salon. The lady cutting my hair had been doing it for 27 years, but her drying skills were pretty weak. She didn't bother to style my hair nicely with a brush, she just kinda blew it dry and didn't pay much attention to the natural sections. And to top it off, she used a razor on my fine hair, which I didn't think was necessary and definitely didn't leave me happy with how it turned out. I was expecting top-notch service because she's supposed to be an Elite stylist, but I walked out of there feeling really disappointed.

I recently bought some tickets to catch the Black Pumas in Seattle while I was on vacation in Washington. Unfortunately, the show got cancelled because of a Covid scare, and when they rescheduled it I couldn't make it back to Texas. Ticket Liquidator straight up refused to give me my money back, saying the tickets were still good for the new date. I've talked to a bunch of their folks, but none of them were able to help me out. Their supposed "100% money back guarantee" didn't help me at all, and I'm super unhappy with the way they handled things.

I just bought some wedding favors from this company and I gotta say, I was super happy with what I got. The stuff was really nice and well-made, just like they showed on the website. I loved that I could personalize them too, it made them feel extra special. All in all, I was really impressed with all the choices they had and how easy it was to order.

Mark's is a great place to grab my work clothes, but man, they seriously need to work on their lineup. It felt like I was stuck in an eternal line at the grocery store when someone is having issues with their coupons. Everyone in line was getting pretty upset, it was like we were all trapped in a grumpy prison. Come on, Mark's, you gotta fix this situation right away!
