Faulty phone case
I had a terrible experience with this company. It took a ridiculous 2 months for my phone cases to arrive, and when they finally did, one of them was faulty. I reached out to the company, and they only responded after I left a negative review. Their request for me to film the faulty case with a different phone was unnecessary and frustrating, especially since I should have the right to a refund within 14 days for a faulty product. Overall, it's a complete scam company that I would never recommend to anyone.

Ordered a set of dishes
So, I ordered this really nice dish set, you know? But then, whoops, I accidentally smashed one of the mugs. So, I thought I could just get a new one, but they were all like, "No way, gotta buy the whole set of six." It was such a bummer! And I couldn't even find another one to replace it anywhere else.

Oh man, this software is seriously a breeze to use. Plus, there's a ton of awesome templates to pick from when you're creating diagrams. I actually used it for my school project to make process flows, and let me tell you, it was a real lifesaver. Honestly, it's hands down the best diagram-making software I've ever used!

Some tech stuff
So I decided to get some tech gear from Denali Electronics, ya know? When my package arrived, most of the stuff was fine, but one thing seemed like it was already used by someone else! Not cool, dude. I tried contacting Customer Support, but they haven't gotten back to me in three days. Not impressed! At least the Tech Support guys were friendly, so I'll give them a solid 3 out of 5 stars.
