Phone case purchase
I had a really frustrating experience with a lost package and unhelpful customer support. My phone case was supposed to arrive but it got lost during shipping. I reached out for help but the customer support did not offer any solutions. I am so disappointed that I'm left without my product and feeling really upset with the service.
Phone case
So I ordered this really nice phone case from Urban Sophistication about a month ago, but it still hasn't arrived! I've tried reaching out through email and their chat support, but I haven't heard back from anyone. I even called their number, but it's not working. I even messaged them on Instagram, but still no response. It's starting to feel like a scam. No phone case, no refund, no communication whatsoever. Such a disappointment.
Faulty phone case
I had a terrible experience with this company. It took a ridiculous 2 months for my phone cases to arrive, and when they finally did, one of them was faulty. I reached out to the company, and they only responded after I left a negative review. Their request for me to film the faulty case with a different phone was unnecessary and frustrating, especially since I should have the right to a refund within 14 days for a faulty product. Overall, it's a complete scam company that I would never recommend to anyone.
Frustrating wait for order
I had a really bad experience with my order from Urban Sophistication. I waited for more than a month and still, nothing was sent out. They took my money but never sent the item, and to make matters worse, they didn't even reply to my emails. The responses I did get were super generic, only saying they got my email but not giving me any real answers. Now I have to deal with disputing the charge on my credit card because of their terrible communication and not sending my order.

I bought a phone case from this store recently and man, I'm super let down with how it's all going. It's been like 3 weeks since I ordered it and still no case in my hands. I've sent a bunch of emails trying to get some answers but no one has gotten back to me. Their customer service is seriously lacking and the lack of communication is getting on my nerves. Plus, their shipping policy is so vague about when I can expect my order. I'd say stay away from this store, my experience has been a total rip-off.
Devil case purchase
So I bought this devil case from the store and man, was it ever junk! After just a week, one of the horns fell off and when I took the case off, I found out the screw messed up my phone. On top of that, the case was already scratched up. But hey, at least they gave me a refund for it. Still sucks though that I had to fork over cash for customs fees.
Puffer case
Hey, so I got this puffer case from the store and man, it was such a disappointment! It took over 2 months to arrive, and when it finally did, it was not worth it at all. The case started peeling after only a few weeks, and after using it for two months, I realized that my new phone was cracked underneath. Like seriously! I was really let down and mad at the low quality of this case. Definitely not worth the hype, just a waste of money. Avoid it, folks!

So, eh, I ordered these earrings online and I was so pumped to get them. But OMG, the shipping took FOREVER! It was like waiting for a sloth to finish a marathon, ugh. And when I finally got them, they were super cheap looking. I wore them for like a week and they fell apart. So not worth it, don't buy from them ever, eh!
Puffer case order
So I bought this puffer case from the store the other day, but it never showed up! The tracking stopped working once it left the US, so I had no idea where it was once it got here. And to top it off, my phone number wasn't even on the package, so it got sent back to the US. I tried talking to customer service for help and a refund, but they were no help at all. I ended up not getting my money back or the product, so I guess I'm just out of luck.
