    Fast and easy online shopping experience

    The website was super easy to use and had some really helpful tips, especially for getting your PD measurement. The PD ruler download was a piece of cake to use. The only bummer was that there weren't a ton of frame options for guys. Can't wait to get my glasses so I can finish up my review!

    Gourmet cheese gift basket

    I ordered a fancy cheese gift basket from this company, but I was really let down with how long it took to arrive. The website said it would be here on a certain day, but it ended up coming way later, and I missed the special event I wanted it for. I even tried talking to customer service, but they couldn't really fix the problem. Just a heads up for anyone else thinking of ordering from them - be prepared for possible delays in getting your stuff.

    Sticky Tea Bags

    I bought some tea bags the other day and I was totally surprised when I saw there was glue on them that melted into my tea cup. I reached out to customer service to ask about it and they said sorry for the lousy product and gave me some vouchers to make up for it. But I was a bit worried that they didn't explain why it happened. It makes me wonder about the brand's quality and if they're reliable or not.

    Family vacation at Allegro Palma Real, Varadero, Cuba

    My family went to Allegro Palma Real in Varadero, Cuba last June for a vacation, but it wasn't the greatest. We had a big problem with mosquitoes in both of our rooms. We tried for hours to get rid of them, but there were so many - over 80 in my room in just the first hour. One of the kids even got bitten and got Dengue fever, which we think happened at the hotel. We asked many times to talk to Alejandro, the director, but nothing changed during our whole week there. When I contacted Barceló Group's customer service, all they offered was a discount for another stay, instead of dealing with the serious health and management issues we brought up. It was a pretty disappointing experience, and it looks like the hotel is going downhill fast because the management and owners, like Barceló Hotel Group and the Cuban government, aren't putting in enough effort to keep it up.
