CBD product
The CBD product I bought from the company was really good and helped me a lot. But, I was pretty disappointed with the customer service I got. They charged me the regular price for the product, even though I should have gotten a discount because of their support program. When I tried to reach out to them to fix the issue and cancel my order, they didn't even get back to me. I tried many times to get in touch with them, but it seems like they just don't care about their customers. It's frustrating to have such a good experience with a product, only for the customer service to be lacking. Despite all that, I'll keep using the CBD product because it works for me. I just hope their customer service gets better in the future.

Windows upgrade from Version 1903 to Version 1909
The guys, Akhil and Sahib, did a great job upgrading my Windows on my laptop. They kept me in the loop during the late night/early morning process and were really patient and thorough, especially since my laptop had some issues before. I'm really happy with the service from TweakBit.

Appointment with Paul Kariuki
Paul Kariuki is terrible! I went to him for my symptoms and he didn't even make an effort to help me out. He said they don't deal with panic disorders, even though their website says they do. He didn't show any interest in my past medications and didn't even try to help me. It was a waste of money and time.

I ordered the Mira analyser at the end of December and still haven't received any notification that it has been shipped. Despite sending multiple emails to customer service, I only got one response that didn't help at all. It looks like all those good reviews on social media might be paid for because my experience with the company has been pretty disappointing. It's frustrating that there's no phone number to call for help, so I'm stuck waiting for emails that never show up. If I don't hear back by a certain date, I'm gonna ask for my money back and tell everyone how bad their service is.
