    Honestly, the experience with the platform has been not great. The apps on all my devices are just terrible. There are always buffering issues, even though I have a good internet connection, making it so frustrating to watch shows. And don't even get me started on the auto-play feature - it's basically useless when it comes to shows with extras. And why does it keep changing my language preference back to default every few episodes? It's like they're trying to drive me crazy. I'm paying 10 bucks a month and I can't shake the feeling that I'm getting ripped off. The only good thing is the wide range of shows they have, but that doesn't make up for all the problems. In the end, the cons definitely outweigh the pros in this situation.

    Disneyland Park with Transport Passes

    I went to Disneyland Paris with my two boys for the first time ever! We were so excited to go on all the rides and meet our favorite Disney characters. We booked our tickets with transportation included through this company, but it turned out to be a disaster. We couldn't find the meeting point for the transport, and we tried calling and emailing customer service multiple times with no response. We ended up spending extra money on an Uber and wasted precious time waiting for our tickets. When we finally got through to someone, they were rude to us and made us wait even longer for our tickets to be emailed. We had such a terrible experience and it ruined our day at Disneyland Paris. We were so disappointed and upset that this company treated us this way, especially on our special trip.

    My first time ordering from this company was a bit of a hassle because I ended up only getting one yellow tea storage tin instead of the three I had ordered. At first, I couldn't figure out how to get in touch with customer service on their website, which frustrated me. But after a bit of digging, I found an email on their social media and reached out. The customer service team from the UK got back to me right away, saying they'd check on the issue. I was happy they responded quickly and were ready to fix things. A few days later, they sent me the missing tins and everything was sorted out to my liking.

    Skincare products

    The skincare products from this place are amazing, I totally love them. But man, the delivery service was a total mess. They use some third-party delivery company that is so unreliable and can never stick to the schedule. When my order disappeared, Origins didn't even own up to it and just said, "thanks for being patient", like that would solve anything. It's kind of a bummer that a company that prides itself on being top-notch doesn't bother to make sure their delivery game is on point for their customers.
