    Overpriced clothing

    The clothing is advertised pretty good, but honestly, it's not worth the money. I just bought three things and was bummed to see that they came from different brands, even though it's all from the same store. I could likely find similar stuff for cheaper somewhere else. I kept two things because they were on sale, but I ended up returning the third thing because it was still pricy, even with the discount. And don't get me started on the "free" returns - they actually take off $5, which is not cool.

    I shelled out some extra dough for next day shipping, but it's been almost a week now and no word from customer service. No updates, no replies to my emails. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be kept in the dark like this with no idea what's going on with my order. If they took my money right away, wouldn't that mean they had the item in stock and ready to ship?

    I just wanted to share my recent experience with my oven's pizza stone cracking, which I bought almost two years ago. But don't worry, it's all good now. I got in touch with the Customer Experience team and talked to Eric. He was super helpful and totally understood what was up. He quickly sorted out a replacement pizza stone for me, no charge at all. It was so nice of him to make sure I could keep using my oven without any issues. I was really impressed by Eric and the whole team - they were so efficient and friendly. They didn't mess around - the replacement stone arrived in just two days. I was back to making delicious pizzas in no time. All in all, I'm really happy with the customer service I got.     Epipen of Lantus insulin

    I ordered an Epipen and some Lantus insulin, and I was really surprised when I saw how much more I was charged than what I was originally told. Even though there was some confusion with Good Rx, I don't think it's right for customers to be overcharged because of a glitch in the system. I'm not happy with the lack of transparency and communication from the staff, so I don't think I'll be going back there.

    The products are great, but my experience with customer service was terrible. I got a text about a sale and placed an order, but it was going to the wrong address. I tried to fix it online, but I forgot my password and never got the reset email. Customer service wasn't helpful and just said I had to contact the carrier, but didn't give me any info because the order hadn't shipped yet. I called, got put on hold, and then got disconnected when I tried to leave a message. It's frustrating that you can't change or cancel an order once it's placed, especially when there's a problem.

    I just tried out the bag drop service and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The dude at the drop-off spot really made everything go smoothly and was super nice about it. Our bags were stored safely and waiting for us when we came to pick them up on time.
