I've been a loyal customer for a long time and just needed some help to renew my subscription recently. Furqan in customer service was super helpful and patient in helping me out. Their expertise and professionalism made everything go really smoothly and quickly. I'm grateful for the great service I've always gotten from this company.

The clothing is advertised pretty good, but honestly, it's not worth the money. I just bought three things and was bummed to see that they came from different brands, even though it's all from the same store. I could likely find similar stuff for cheaper somewhere else. I kept two things because they were on sale, but I ended up returning the third thing because it was still pricy, even with the discount. And don't get me started on the "free" returns - they actually take off $5, which is not cool.

I shelled out some extra dough for next day shipping, but it's been almost a week now and no word from customer service. No updates, no replies to my emails. It's really frustrating and disappointing to be kept in the dark like this with no idea what's going on with my order. If they took my money right away, wouldn't that mean they had the item in stock and ready to ship?

I ordered an Epipen and some Lantus insulin, and I was really surprised when I saw how much more I was charged than what I was originally told. Even though there was some confusion with Good Rx, I don't think it's right for customers to be overcharged because of a glitch in the system. I'm not happy with the lack of transparency and communication from the staff, so I don't think I'll be going back there.

The products are great, but my experience with customer service was terrible. I got a text about a sale and placed an order, but it was going to the wrong address. I tried to fix it online, but I forgot my password and never got the reset email. Customer service wasn't helpful and just said I had to contact the carrier, but didn't give me any info because the order hadn't shipped yet. I called, got put on hold, and then got disconnected when I tried to leave a message. It's frustrating that you can't change or cancel an order once it's placed, especially when there's a problem.

I just tried out the bag drop service and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The dude at the drop-off spot really made everything go smoothly and was super nice about it. Our bags were stored safely and waiting for us when we came to pick them up on time. They made sure there were no delays in getting our stuff back, which was awesome. Thanks for the great service!
