    Lip gloss

    I ordered this lip gloss, eh? And it never showed up! I've been waiting forever! I tried calling them so many times, but they keep hanging up after 6 minutes, so rude, eh? And get this, when I finally talked to someone, they said they would send it to 'fulfillment' - big word for nothing happening! And guess what, they outsource their customer service to a totally different country, so not cool, eh? They finally refunded my money, but I really just wanted my lip gloss, you know?

    Lost order, poor customer service

    I recently ordered something from this company, eh, and wouldn't you know it, my package got lost by FedEx, eh, during the delivery. I tried getting help from customer service, but all I got were unhelpful responses and no real effort to fix the problem, eh. It's so frustrating to not know where my order is and still have to pay for something I never got, eh. The lack of communication and solution from this company has just left me feeling so disappointed and let down, eh.

    I bought this deodorant bundle and it actually made my underarms darker. I tried to leave a review, but it never showed up. On the bright side, I really liked the vegan skin bundle. It would definitely help if the brand was more upfront about customer reviews.

    Direct order with 2-day shipping

    So, I bought some skincare products online that I really needed right away. But man, the company totally fell short. I shelled out extra for 2-day shipping, only to have my order show up 11 days later! I tried a bunch of times to cancel, but they didn't listen, so I had to buy what I needed locally. And to top it off, there wasn't even a return label included, so I had to cough up the cash for return shipping. Still haven't heard from the big bosses or gotten my money back. This has gotta be the worst customer service I've ever seen, no doubt.

    I recently bought the lavender hemp makeup remover cloths and I love them! The customer service was fantastic, they quickly helped me out with a promo code issue. The cloths are a good size and work well to remove makeup without irritating my skin. The lavender scent is so nice and refreshing. The price is affordable and I feel like I get great quality for what I pay. I'm happy with my purchase and will definitely buy these makeup remover cloths again.

    Second bundle of Glow baby products

    So, I bought my second set of Glow baby products from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the whole thing. When I opened up the facial cleansing pads, there was this weird smell that hit me right away. I got in touch with customer service to see if I could get a replacement for the faulty item, but they told me it was past the 30-day mark, so they couldn't do anything about it. I was really let down by how they didn't seem to care about the quality of their stuff or their customer service. After this, I don't think I'll be buying anything else from them.

    So I bought some skincare stuff from this company, eh, and I gotta tell ya, I'm really bummed out about the whole thing. The order never showed up and the customer service I got was pretty lousy, to be honest. They first told me to wait another 3 days for the order, and when that time passed, they came back with some excuse about still checking on what happened. It's been a whole 2 weeks now and still no sign of my stuff. This whole unreliable shipping and lackadaisical attitude towards keeping customers happy is just not on. I can't keep waiting around forever while they figure it out. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them again.

    Rash-inducing purchase

    The products I bought ended up giving me a bad rash and I got big red spots on my face. The packaging was awful, especially for the liquid stuff that was too thick to come out of the pump. I had to take off the pump and use Q-tips to get the product out, which was annoying and took forever.

    You know, I bought this ocean-themed skincare product from this brand, thinking it would give me that nice seaside vibe at home. The product worked well, gave me a nice glow after the first use. But, after using it for about a week, my mouth and jaw got all dry and scaly. Got me worried, so I looked into it more and found out I wasn't alone. Other folks had dry, red skin, watery eyes, and puffy lips too. Even though I saw good reviews before I got it, seems like there's more bad ones out there. I'll contact the brand to chat about my concerns, but I'm not expecting much from them based on what I've heard. Just a heads up, be careful with this brand.

    I really like all the different beauty products this company has, especially the ones that are easy on the wallet. But I gotta say, their fragrances are a bit pricey for my liking. Some things are affordable, but others are on the splurge side, which might not work for folks watching their pennies like me.     The products are great, but my experience with customer service was terrible. I got a text about a sale and placed an order, but it was going to the wrong address.     Incorrect Delivery Address

    I recently had a frustrating experience with Pacifica. I made a mistake and entered the wrong delivery address right after I placed my order. I tried to contact them right away, but they told me they couldn't do anything because my order was already being processed. I tried to fix the problem, but I didn't get any more help or communication from Pacifica. It's really disappointing to see such bad customer service from a company that should be focused on helping their customers.
