I just want to give a big shoutout to the amazing support team for being so helpful and top-notch, especially Mrs. Julia. They fixed every problem I had super quickly and really showed how dedicated and professional they are. And a huge thank you to the developers who created this awesome language learning app, they did an amazing job!

So, I bought some skincare products online that I really needed right away. But man, the company totally fell short. I shelled out extra for 2-day shipping, only to have my order show up 11 days later! I tried a bunch of times to cancel, but they didn't listen, so I had to buy what I needed locally. And to top it off, there wasn't even a return label included, so I had to cough up the cash for return shipping. Still haven't heard from the big bosses or gotten my money back. This has gotta be the worst customer service I've ever seen, no doubt.
