Software product
I bought some software from an online store recently, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. I thought I would get a download link, security codes, and installation instructions right after the purchase, but nope, nada. It took me forever to find a customer support email hidden in their website. The lack of communication and help from this company is just absurd. I felt like they totally ignored me and left me hanging. Next time, I'll definitely take my business somewhere else.

My recent purchase from this company was a real letdown. It felt like I was watching a comedy show put on by a bunch of high school kids trying to be funny with their jokes. I've ordered from them a lot over the years, and it seems like every other time there's some kind of problem. To top it off, it seems like they don't mind selling used or open box items as new. The shipping takes forever, and getting a refund is a nightmare. I bought a pair of recertified earbuds from this online store a while ago. It sucks, but they were busted and didn't work right. I sent them back right away and hoped to get my money back. As a long-time Prime member, I've been shopping on Woot a lot. Lately, I've noticed that the prices and discounts aren't as great as before. Even though I love the free shipping as a Prime member, I've seen that some items are priced higher than on other sites like Amazon. Plus, there aren't many reviews to help me decide if I should buy something. For example, today I saw a bunch of pricey "gardening" items on Woot. Things like garden gnomes, rain-drip chains, and flower bulbs were way more expensive than at places like Home Depot. It's disappointing to see Woot's prices not being as good of a deal as they used to be.
Cordless Stick Vacuum Purchase
I bought a cordless stick vacuum from this website and I was very disappointed with the quality. After only a few months, the battery died completely and wouldn't charge. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and didn't offer a solution. It seems like this site is just a cover for Amazon, because the service and product quality were really bad. I spent $165.00 on a product that is now useless.
