I bought a refurbished robot vacuum, thinking it would work great, but it turned out to be broken. When I asked for a return label, they sent me the wrong one for a different vacuum I bought before. So, I had this problem with my email and needed some help. Super relieved when I got in touch with Bob, he really knew his stuff. Bob listened to me, checked out my email, and made sure everything was legit. He guided me through fixing my email and explained it all really clearly. It was such a relief to chat with someone who knew their stuff!

I've been using these products after my surgery and they have been a lifesaver, eh. I love how I couldn't taste that weird protein aftertaste like I did with other brands. It's been 8 years and I'm still using them for maintenance, don't you know.
