I just went to this store and had the best customer service! As soon as I walked in, the sales associate was super helpful and really paid attention to what I needed. She took the time to measure me, gave me some style suggestions, and was always there to help out with sizing in the fitting room. She was so polite and cheerful, it made shopping a breeze. I didn't catch her name, but her service was top-notch - I'll for sure be back to this store again!

I went to the store the other day and everything was pretty good, but there was a problem with the checkout counter for wheelchairs. Since I use a wheelchair, the lower counter meant for us was always covered with stuff so I couldn't use it. I had to use the higher one instead, and it was really hard and painful for me to reach to finish my purchase. The staff tried to help my daughter while she was shopping, which was nice, but I was disappointed to see how little thought was put into making the checkout accessible for disabled customers.

About Victoria's Secret
Victoria's Secret is an American retailer known for its lingerie, sleepwear, and beauty products. Founded in 1977 by Roy and Gaye Raymond in San Francisco, California, the company was established with the aim of creating a comfortable and welcoming lingerie-buying experience. It rapidly grew in popularity and expanded its product range to include cosmetics and fragrances. L Brands, a retail company, acquired Victoria's Secret in 1982 and significantly expanded its presence both in the United States and internationally. Over the years, Victoria's Secret has become synonymous with its flashy fashion shows and elaborate marketing campaigns, featuring high-profile models known as "Angels." Despite facing criticism over its representation of women and declining sales, Victoria's Secret has been working towards rebranding itself to embrace a wider definition of beauty and inclusivity.
