Returns & RefundsThis company really needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service. As a Canadian customer, I've been nothing but disappointed when dealing with them. The lack of support and customer service for orders from Canada is just terrible. I had to return a defective lingerie set, but can you believe it? Victoria's Secret wouldn't cover the return shipping costs. How's that for customer appreciation, eh? And don't even get me started on the quality control for online orders - clothes arriving dented and see-through? It's like they're trying to get rid of their defective products by selling them to unsuspecting customers like me. Do yourself a favor and choose a company that actually cares about their customers and stands by their products. Victoria's Secret is definitely not that kind of company.
