I recently bought some lingerie at the store and I had a pretty bad experience with their customer service. I've been a loyal customer for more than ten years, but when I had some issues with my account, it was a real hassle. First off, it took them three months to send me a new card, which messed up my payments. Then, I got hit with a surprise $2 fee and a late fee out of nowhere, which I thought was not cool at all. And when I tried to sort things out and asked to have the late fee removed, the customer service person was not helpful at all. They didn't seem to care about my situation even though I've been a good customer for so long. Overall, the way they treated me was not great and now I'm thinking about closing my account.

The cashier I was dealing with was super nice, polite, and really knew their stuff. I had a bunch of stuff to buy, and they made it all look easy and done with class. They paid attention to what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions and help. Overall, my time with this cashier was top-notch, a perfect 10 out of 10.
