PriceI bought something from this company's website recently and I was pretty upset about the extra fees they didn't tell me about when I was checking out. When my order arrived, I saw that the prices on the items were way lower than what I had paid online. I contacted their customer service and they said that Canadian customers already had taxes and duties included in the online price. But when I looked at my bill, the taxes were shown as an extra charge, which goes against what they told me. It was really annoying how unclear they were about their pricing, and it just didn't sit right with me.
