    Fun and stylish clothing

    Late delivery, ignored refund request, $15 handling fee for returns

    I had a terrible time dealing with this company. The sweater I bought took way too long to come, even after they gave me a delivery date. By the time it got here, it was useless for the event I needed it for. When I asked for a refund on the extra shipping I paid for, they just ignored me completely. Now I'm stuck with a sweater I don't need and my only choices are to send it back with a crazy $15 handling fee or get store credit. This definitely isn't the kind of service I want when I shop online.

    I ordered a sweater that was supposed to arrive on a guaranteed delivery date, but it still hasn't shown up! Why even say it's guaranteed if it's gonna be late?! They really need to get this sorted out! Although, I will say they did a good job with customer service.

    Express Shipping for Guaranteed Delivery Date

    I was really excited to receive my order in time for my trip, so I paid extra for express shipping. However, I was bummed out when I realized that the guaranteed delivery date I saw during checkout and in the confirmation email was wrong. The tracking info said something else and my package hadn't even left the warehouse yet. It stressed me out because I was counting on that guaranteed date to plan for my trip. Luckily, the package did arrive on time, but the mix-up with the tracking info needs to be fixed to avoid confusing customers in the future. The shopping experience and customer service could definitely be improved to meet customer expectations and give accurate shipping info.
