Taobao - Reviews and experiences

I needed decent storage for the new place after a hectic move, and these glass containers looked great online. They feel nice — solid glass, lids fit snug, looks good on the shelf. I did get a couple chipped in transit though, which was a bummer. Dealing with the seller was slow and a bit awkward since they mostly respond in Chinese and translations were hit-or-miss. In the end they refunded only the item cost, not the huge international shipping and taxes I paid, so that hurt. Still, the pieces that arrived intact are exactly what I wanted and they make the kitchen feel sorted. Not perfect, but I’d buy again if shipping was cheaper or I could pick local delivery.
