Almost a scare

Right in the middle of helping my daughter, a StarCoins charge disappeared. I panicked, support replied within a week, fixed it, coins showed up and now we play every night. Really glad it got sorted.

Longtime player, weird ban

I spotted the game on a streamer’s channel and told a buddy; loved the feel, matches were smooth, soundtrack surprisingly great. Then, out of nowhere, I got banned after years—support ghosted me, I lost a fair bit of cash, yeah bummed.

Delivery and support need work

Started this because my 8-year-old loves horses — she’s brilliant with it — but we've been stuck. The content is okay, yet updates and help arrive slowly and support didn't really fix the random horses showing up in her barn. Kinda frustrating, keeps her from enjoying it. Hope they sort customer care soon.

Wrong account, happy-ish ending

I almost chickened out before buying. Felt silly — two accounts, one click, boom wrong one charged. I emailed support right away and waited, getting more anxious by the hour. I was already planning a complaint. Then after a week a polite reply arrived, they reversed it and the credits showed up on the right profile. I started using them March 29; first session was smooth. Still annoyed I had to wait, but glad it ended well.

Half my stable vanished, mid-stream

the game itself still has charm. There are little moments that keep me coming back, and a few friends have stuck around — which makes me glad it wasn’t totally ruined. But the missing horses, the occasional hackers and glitches, and pricing that jumps around without explanation make it hard to recommend dropping cash on it. I’ve seen better customer care at smaller devs who actually read feedback and respond, and that contrast is frustrating.
I tried to be constructive. For years I gave feedback, organised community posts, and even made content hoping to push fixes. In return it often felt like talking to a wall. That’s why I’m sceptical now; not necessarily calling it a scam, but it feels sloppy enough that you can’t trust things to stay stable. People I convinced to buy have had weird errors too, and that’s on me for pushing it.
At the end of the day I’m grateful it didn’t turn into a total disaster — some events and people in the community are still great — but honestly, if you care about your digital stuff staying where you put it, be cautious. Don’t expect reliable support, and don’t spend unless you’re okay with losing things and not getting a straight answer.

Star coins

Oh my goodness, I've been playing this game for like forever, and I really needed to get some star coins so I could buy a new horse and some cool gear. But let me tell you, it was a real struggle! The customer service was terrible, they didn't even seem to care about helping me out. And don't even get me started on the prices - they are crazy high! It's like all they care about is getting my money and not about making the game fun for me. And the delivery took so long, I was waiting forever for my star coins to arrive. Ugh, not cool at all.

Account Lockout Due to Technical Error

I was so disappointed with this company! My daughter got locked out of her account because of some technical issue on their end. And to top it off, no one from customer service has bothered to respond to my messages. My daughter had used her own money to buy star coins, so this whole situation has been super frustrating for us. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone sign up for this game. It has been nothing but disappointment and frustration.

As a parent, I am really disappointed with how this company does things. My kid got into a trial of a game that was supposed to be fun and safe, but instead, we started getting hit with fees and extras that we never said yes to. Feels like a big rip-off to me, trying to squeeze money out of people without them knowing. And trying to cancel the subscription? A total nightmare. It seems like once they get your credit card info, they'll do whatever they can to keep charging you, even if you don't want the game anymore.
