CheckoutHey there, as a customer who's a bit worried, I wanted to share my experience with unauthorized purchases on this platform. I just found out that the game was saving payment info, so kids could buy stuff without needing any extra verification aside from their game password. This ended up with over $800 AUD getting taken from my account in less than a day. Even after asking for help, they said the charges were staying. It's pretty concerning that the platform doesn't have good enough safeguards to stop this kind of thing, especially with young kids who might not get how money works just yet. I'm gonna push this issue up to the ACCC ASAP, 'cause a game shouldn't keep payment details on file when its main audience is kids.
