Shopbop - Reviews and experiences

I swear, there's nothing worse than shelling out a ton of money for a designer bag, thinking it's the real deal, only to discover it's a fake. This exact thing happened to me when I bought a designer bag from Shopbop 7 years ago. I recently got in touch with the brand and they confirmed that the bag I bought was a knock-off. I was so surprised and let down, to be honest. I tried to get some help from Shopbop's customer service team, but their solution was not at all satisfying. Being a loyal customer, I expected better and now I'm looking for some fair compensation for this huge disappointment. Getting a refund for what I paid seems like the least they should do.

I've had my fair share of experiences with this online store, some good and some not so good, eh. For instance, I got a skirt once that looked like someone already wore it, but they swapped it out for me right away. But then another time, I snagged the last item of a product, only to find out a week later they didn't actually have it in stock anymore. So yeah, my time with this store has been a bit all over the place, with some bumps and some easy peasy moments, eh.
