Shopbop - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought something online and I gotta say, I was so happy with how fast it showed up at my door. It only took 2 days, which was even quicker than stuff I've bought from nearby stores lately. I was really impressed with how quick and smooth everything went, and I'll definitely be buying from them again!

I gotta say, I don't get why people are dissing this store. My recent buys from Shopbop have been top-notch. Stuff always comes on time and in mint condition. Even when they goofed up and sent me the wrong thing, their customer service team fixed it real quick and I could return it hassle-free. Shipping to Canada is fast too, usually just 1-3 days. I'm super happy with my Shopbop shopping, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

I bought some perfume from this store, and it's been a complete mess. I ordered it way back in December, and you know what? I haven't received it yet! I've tried to get in touch with them for a refund or some proof that they even sent it out, but no response. It feels like they're ignoring me. So, my advice is don't waste your time buying from this store. It's a scam, even though they say they're reliable.

I bought this jacket from the website and had it shipped to Mexico, and I'm really happy with the whole thing. I placed my order on Dec 26th and got it on Jan 4th without any hiccups. The shipping was quick and my package arrived perfectly. The jacket was just like how it was described online, and I'm super happy with how good it is. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would totally shop here again.

Eh, so this was my first time ordering from this company, and I gotta say, I was not too impressed to start. I ordered a pair of jeans, and nearly a whole week went by with no sight of 'em. When I checked the tracking, it said my package got delayed 'cause of some emergency or bad weather over in Istanbul, Turkey. I gotta admit, at that point I was starting to doubt if I'd ever even get my hands on those jeans. And on top of that, their email subscription was really gettin' on my nerves - no matter how many times I tried to unsubscribe, those darn emails just wouldn't quit. Overall, it was not a great experience, that's for sure.

I was totally taken aback by all the negative reviews, but my own experience was just awesome! I ordered my dress last Saturday and got it by Tuesday with free shipping. It was the exact dress I had been hunting for everywhere. The service was top-notch and the dress is beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!
