PriceI recently bought something from Shopbop as a customer from Europe, and honestly, I wasn't too happy with how things went down. They've got a good selection of brands and stuff, but the extra charges caught me off guard. Even though I found a piece of clothing on sale, I ended up paying way more than I expected because of those extra fees. It was super frustrating and left me feeling pretty disappointed. I really think Shopbop should be more upfront about those extra charges to avoid surprising customers like me. I can't even imagine how much of a hassle it would have been if I had to return the items. Overall, it was not a great experience.
