    Office space rental

    Even though I had a credit on my account, I got charged too much for my office space rent in the middle of the month instead of at the end like I thought. They told me I wouldn't get a refund, but the credits would come off my July bill, which I now have to pay in the middle of June. It was super frustrating because I had planned for the end-of-month payment.

    Clean up

    I really appreciate when folks clean up after themselves, it's such a nice gesture. The other day, I witnessed someone actually taking the time to tidy up the kitchen, and it honestly made me feel so happy about the place being neat and orderly. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends!

    Meeting room cancellation experience

    I recently had to cancel a booking for a meeting room at a business place because of some unexpected things that came up. I made sure to cancel it on time so I could get my money back. But it turned out that they changed their cancellation rules without telling me, going from 2 hours notice to 5 days. I felt like they weren't being straight with me and kind of fooled me as a customer.

    And when I visited some other business spots, I saw some problems with cleanliness. The rooms were messy, with garbage cans full and tables covered in cups and wrappers. They were just not keeping things in good shape, which made the whole place seem less professional.

    Accounting nightmare

    Dealing with the accounting team at this location has been quite frustrating. They don't respond quickly and it takes them forever to address any issues that come up. Even though I asked for a manager to help, my requests were ignored. I've also been overcharged, given the wrong charges, or double charged, leading to long waits for refunds. I'm still waiting for some of these problems to be resolved.

    On top of that, rent prices keep going up and services that used to be included are now either gone or require extra payment. Desks are smaller, storage spaces in co-working areas are gone, and they automatically add charges for tea and coffee, even if you don't want them. It's a hassle to opt-out and avoid unnecessary fees.

    Executive office reservation

    The booking process for the executive office went really smoothly and efficiently. But man, their website was kinda glitchy and it bugged me a bit. The staff, though, were amazing! They gave top-notch customer service and really went the extra mile to make sure my reservation was all good, even when the website was acting up with payments.
