I keep buying lenses, but I always miss out on discounts. They always come out right after I've placed my order! Ugh, it's so frustrating! 😩

I gotta say, I was super impressed with the amazing customer service I got from PerfectLens. The team really came through for me when I needed some flexibility, and they were so understanding and accommodating. They kept me updated the whole time and were really clear in their communication. I gotta give them a big thanks for their support and professionalism. I feel like I can totally trust this company now.

It's just crazy how long it took for my order to finally get to me. Canada Post really messed up this time. My package was marked as delivered online a whole week before it actually came to my door. That's just not right. I get that delays can happen, but not keeping customers in the loop on what's going on is just lazy. I was so frustrated and inconvenienced, not knowing if I would ever get my package. Needless to say, my first experience with this company wasn't a good one.

I gotta tell ya, I was really impressed with this company. Their prices were lower than anywhere else I looked, and their customer service was amazing. The website was so easy to use, ordering was a breeze, and my stuff showed up right on time and in great shape. I'm definitely gonna tell all my friends and family about this company for their eye care stuff.
